Section 2: calendar and conflicts - read carefully.

We REQUIRE all conflicts be stated clearly, and up front. We have the conflicts you included on your initial audition form, but now is the "speak now or forever hold your peace" last chance to claim any conflicts with the rehearsal process.

Note that conflicts that "just pop up" are unacceptable and will not be allowed. It is your responsibility to make the given rehearsal calendar a priority and plan around rehearsals.

Any cast member who becomes sick should notify the Stage Manager with as much advanced notice as possible - calling at the start time of rehearsal is not only frowned upon, it allows for no option for our directors to replan rehearsal for everyones benefit. We are OK with sniffles at rehearsal (as many of us get during the fall and winter) but do not wish to have fevers, or vomiting. Thanks for keeping your germs at home.

A more detailed calendar will be offered at the first cast meeting. This calendar is a DRAFT and is subject to change with 24 hours notice from the directors and production team. Note that just because you are not called for a Sunday (for example) in the first draft doesn't mean you won't later be called for that date. The Draft calendar is just that, and IS subject to change.

additional conflicts should be submitted to Stage manager Stephanie by friday september 7th to be included on the cast calendar given on sunday september 9th.

Email Stephanie: stephanie@poisonappleproductions.org

Any conflicts submitted later are at the discretion of the producer, and the production team.

section 3: download the music

It will be essential that your actor has access to the music ASAP. They must begin memorization and begin to get "off boo" on lyrics, harmonies, and lines.
